Weather and Winds:
The climate is warm and sunny and you will find trade winds in Moorea all year round. When there is no wind, this is the best time for surfing. But there are many activities available on Moorea, especially water sports like diving, snorkeling, fishing, wake boarding, watching whales and dolphins and much more…and you can also visit some world-class fishing spots in Tahiti.
The official currency is the Polynesian Francs, but US Dollar and €uros are more than welcome. The rate between Polynesian Francs (Xpf) and €uro is a flat rate: 119,33 XPF for 1 €uro and around 90 XPF for one US Dollar.
